Roger Zorn, owner of a French security company, is delighted to win a major contract with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The work requires applying his risk assessment technology to evaluate terrorist suspects. But when Zorn discovers that DHS is manipulating scores to deport massive numbers of Muslims, he faces a terrible choice.
